JOB TITLE: Data processing agent

JOB SUMMARY

Nadeau Poultry Farm Ltd. is currently looking for a Data Processing Agent.

Reporting to the Continuous Improvement coordinator, the processing agent is responsible for activities relating to the creation / preparation and updating of files. This person will have to perform a variety of moderately complicated secretarial work according to specific guidelines and established methods / procedures, will have to follow up on the various files, collect, validate and compile the data needed and write various internal communications. The person chosen will also be responsible for assisting the coordinator in setting up and using processes improvement tools, assisting in the development of action plans and supporting staff in the changes to be implemented in the different sectors of the company.

Ensure that the activities carried out comply with the prescribed deadlines and quality standards.

When necessary, the agent performs all other related tasks.

Essential job requirements:

• At minimum, must have a high school diploma (post-secondary education is an asset)
• Fluency in French and English both orally and written
