Main Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Continuous Improvement coordinator, the processing agent is responsible for activities relating to the creation / preparation and updating of files. This person will have to perform a variety of moderately complicated secretarial work according to specific guidelines and established methods / procedures. This person will have to write, draw up, follow-up the lists of registers / various files, collect, validate and compile the data which are necessary for him and to write various internal communications. The chosen person will also be responsible for assisting the coordinator in setting up and using tools to improve processes, assist in the development of action plans and support staff in the changes to be implemented in the various business sectors.

Ensure that the activities carried out comply with the prescribed deadlines and quality standards.

Occasionally, other related tasks may be included.

Required Skills:

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or willingness to obtain
• Experience/Knowledge of continuous improvement principles would be an asset
• Perfect command of French and English, both orally and written
• Time and priority management skills; meet deadlines
• Be tidy, organized, structured
• Sense of planning, organization and monitoring
• In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
